Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and visit our office comfortably. This page explains what we do and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our website
We designed this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means, among other things:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Text and buttons have strong colour contrast.
- Photos and images have text descriptions for screen readers.
- Pages work when you zoom in, and on phones and tablets.
- Motion is kept quiet, and the homepage photos stop moving if your device is set to reduce motion.
If any part of the site is hard to use, please tell us. We will fix it, and in the meantime help you get the information another way.
Visiting our office
We are on the main floor at 40 St. Clair Avenue West. Accessible parking is available at 20 Delisle Avenue, 55 St. Clair Avenue West and 1501 Yonge Street, and there is street parking along St. Clair Avenue West. There are no steps between the street and our office.
Service animals and support persons are welcome. If you would like any help or arrangements for your visit, let us know when you book.
Information in other formats
We can provide information from this website, and forms we ask you to complete, in other formats or with communication supports, such as large print or reading a form together with you. Just ask, and we will arrange it with you.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on how we serve people with disabilities, on the website or in the office. You can reach us:
- By phone: 416-927-0088
- By email: reception@smilemail.ca
- In person, at the front desk
We will reply as soon as we can, in the way that works best for you.
